Description
The outdoor reference cell is used as an irradiance measurement sensor for PV applications. Not only the sensitivity but also the External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) of each device is given. This allows for precise spectral mismatch corrections when measuring PV-Modules. ReRa Solutions uses the Radboud University Nijmegen PV Measurement Facility to calibrate the cells. The calibration is done against a Fraunhofer ISE calibrated reference cell. This results in reference cells which are very well suited for outdoor applications.
