Description
The ReRa reference cells are measured in the calibration facility of the Radboud University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Our founder has been running this lab for over 20 years and is still responsible for this. During the years we obtained a large reference cell set for different materials: Silicon, GaAs, InGaP and Germanium. Our primary reference cells are calibrated yearly against the radio cavities of the European Commission (Joint Research Centre (JRC), Ispra, Italy). These cavities are calibrated regularly in the World Radiation Centre of Davos, Switzerland. Therefore, we have a direct trace to the WMO. All our measurements are done according to the following IEC standards: IEC 904-1, IEC 904-2, IEC 904-7, IEC 904-8, IEC 904-9, IEC 60891, ASTM 1021, ASTM E973M
For all of our Reference Cells, the following values are standard included in our calibration reports:
• Isc
• Voc
• Impp
• Vmpp
• Fill Factor (FF)
• Efficiency (Eta)
• Full IV-Curve
It is possible to obtain the EQE calibration as well (against payment).
